The main activities concerned are: - a "reverse brain drain" project to repatriate some 300 qualified professional people who are to take up key posts in the administration, production and the public services (ECU 5.1 million); - special fund to promote the exports of Honduras and Nicaragua (a total of ECU 32 million for the two countries, with half for Nicaragua). The aim of this funding exercise is to grant loans to export undertakings to enable them to finance fixed capital investment, purchase inputs, have pre-investment studies carried out or pay for technical assistance; - food aid (to an estimated total value of ECU 10.5 million) with part of the foodstuffs intended f
