Si nous créons ces offices qui vont s'occuper des eaux et de l'aménagement, et qu'il y ait peut-être pour finir un office qui s'occupe de votre région, ne devrions-nous pas décrire clairement dans cette loi ce que nous attendons de ces offices, c'est-à-dire qu'ils devraient agir de façon responsable dans le respect de l'environnement, dans le respect de la culture des régions désignées, et si vous n'y voyez pas d'inconvénient, également dans le contexte des intérêts de l'ensemble des Canadiens?
