6. If the national administrator refused to approve an authorised representative or additional authorised representative, the account holder may object through the relevant authority under national law, who shall either instruct the national administrator to approve the representative or uphold the refusal in a reasoned decision, subject to requirements of national law that pursue a legitimate objective compatible with this Regulation and are proportionate.
6. Si l’administrateur national a refusé d’agréer un représentant autorisé ou un représentant autorisé supplémentaire, le titulaire du compte peut contester ce refus auprès de l’autorité compétente en vertu du droit national, qui soit donne instruction à l’administrateur national d’agréer le représentant, soit soutient le refus en prenant une décision motivée, sous réserve des dispositions du droit national qui poursuivent un objectif légitime compatible avec le présent règlement et qui sont proportionnées.
