C'est pourquoi, je félicite la présidence espagnole pour la manière dont elle travaille et je dénonce clairement les gouvernements, parfois à majorité socialiste, qui utilisent le processus d'élargissement, cher aux yeux de ce Parlement et de la société européenne, pour obtenir des accords dans d'autres domaines dans lesquels ils n'ont peut-être pas raison, essayant de renforcer leur position en conditionnant leur avis.
