The product concerned and the products manufactured and sold by the exporting producers in the countries concerned on their domestic market and to third countries, as well as those manufactured and sold by the Union producer on the Union market have thus been found to have the same basic physical and chemical characteristics and essentially the same uses, and are therefore considered to be like products within the meaning of Article 1(4) of the basic Regulation.
Il a donc été constaté que le produit concerné et les produits fabriqués et vendus par les producteurs-exportateurs des pays concernés sur leur marché intérieur et exportés vers des pays tiers, ainsi que ceux fabriqués et vendus par le producteur de l'Union sur le marché de l'Union, possèdent les mêmes caractéristiques physiques et chimiques fondamentales et servent essentiellement aux mêmes utilisations, de sorte qu'ils sont considérés comme des produits similaires au sens de l'article 1er, paragraphe 4, du règlement de base.
