The Commmittee will therefore include leading figures from both the scientific field (senior academics and researchers) and the two sides of industry. The Committee will endeavour to match the Community's post-Maastricht statistical requirements with the requirements and possibilities of the Member States. It will include Community representatives and representatives from within the Community statistical system, i.e. from the National Statistical Institutes.
Alors, ce Comité confrontera les besoins d'information de la Communauté en matière statiqtique dans le cadre de l'après-Maastricht avec les besoins et les possibilités des Etats membres; on retrouvera dans ce Comité des représentants de la Communauté et des représentants du Système statistique communautaire, c'est-à-dire des Instituts nationaux de statistique.
