14. Acknowledges from the Foundation that as of 23 May 2013, the Commission's Internal Audit Service (IAS) has formally closed 12 out of the 14 recommendations from the 2011 IAS audit on communication and that the Foundation does not have any outstanding open recommendations ranked as ‘very important’; notes however, that there are still two open IAS audit recommendations from the 2011 IAS audit on external and internal communication, both ranked as ’important’, one of which is considered to have been implemented by the Foundation and is currently pending IAS review and closure, while the other is in the process of implementation and was expected to be fully implemented in 2013 in line with planned actions;
14. reconnaît, au bénéfice de la Fondation, qu'à la date du 23 mai 2013, le service d'audit interne de la Commission (IAS) a officiellement clos 12 des 14 recommandations du rapport 2011 de l'IAS sur la communication et qu'il ne reste plus de recommandations ouvertes pour la Fondation qui soient qualifiées de «très importantes»; observe toutefois qu'il reste encore deux recommandations d'audit de l'IAS ouvertes provenant du rapport 2011 de l'IAS au sujet de la communication externe et interne, qualifiées toutes deux d'«importantes», dont l'une est considérée comme appliquée par la Fondation et en attente d'examen et de clôture par l'IAS, tandis que l'autre est en cours de mise en application et devrait être pleinement appliquée en 2013 con
