In an initial phase and notwithstanding possible additions to the mandate at a later stage, the mandate of Eurofisc would be to provide a multilateral early warning mechanism for combating VAT fraud and coordinate the exchange of information and the reactions of the participating Member States on warnings received.
Au cours d'une phase initiale et sans préjudice d'éventuels ajouts au mandat à un stade ultérieur, Eurofisc aurait pour mission de servir de mécanisme d'alerte précoce multilatéral dans le domaine de la lutte contre la fraude à la TVA et de coordonner l'échange d'informations et les réponses des États membres participants aux avertissements émis.
