It should be noted, moreover, that the criteria required of
candidates who were staff from the national diplomatic services of the Member States, in paragraph 2 of the second group of eligibility criteria, namely that they sho
uld have a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least three years attested by a diploma, matches the criterion required in Article 5(3)
