1. The use for fishing and the keeping on board of a towed net, an encircling net or a gillnet for targeting red sea bream shall be prohibited, unless the mesh size in that part of the net having the smallest meshes complies with paragraphs 3 to 6.
1. Il est interdit d'utiliser pour pêcher et de détenir à bord tout filet remorqué, filet tournant ou filet maillant ciblant la brème de mer , si le maillage, dans la partie du filet où les mailles sont les plus petites, n'est pas conforme aux dispositions des paragraphes 3 à 6.
