When deciding on whether or not to enter into an airport services agreement and/or a marketing services agreement, a MEO will choose a time frame for its assessment based on the term of the agreements in question or the term set in each individual agreement. In other words, it will assess the incremental costs and revenues for the term of application of the agreements.
En évaluant l'intérêt de conclure un contrat de services aéroportuaires ou un contrat de services de marketing, un opérateur en économie de marché aurait choisi comme horizon temporel de son évaluation soit la durée des contrats en question, soit la période prévue dans chaque contrat pris individuellement. Autrement dit, il aurait évalué les coûts et recettes marginaux au cours de la période d'application des contrats.
