(k) ‘lease of a factory’: the leasehold contract of a technical unit including all the plant required for the manufacture of starch, with a view to its operation, concluded for a period of at least three consecutive marketing years with an undertaking which is established within the same Member State as the factory in question, if, after the lease takes effect, the undertaking which rents the factory can be considered a single starch-producing undertaking for its entire production;
k) «location d'une usine»: le contrat de location d'une unité technique comportant toute l'installation nécessaire à la fabrication de la fécule, en vue de son exploitation, conclu pour une durée d'au moins trois campagnes de commercialisation consécutives avec une féculerie établie dans le même État membre que celui où est implantée l'usine en cause si, après la prise d'effet de la location, la féculerie qui prend en location ladite usine peut être considérée pour toute sa production comme une seule féculerie;
