operation audit on planning and budgeting in the Agency, as well as a follow-up audit on the recommendations concerning internal control standards, the provision of scientific advice, human resources management, the 2010 follow-up audit and operational business continuity in the Agency audits; notes that the audit on planning and budgeting identified strengths as regards revenue forecast
