Yesterday, when I was here in St. John's having lunch with a CYN colleague and we were talking about her work with youth and some of the issues that they face, I just asked, generally, " What are some of the family relationships between the youth that you are working with and their home environment?" She said, " There is one common denominator: all of the family relationships are fractured" .
