2.1'. outer surface` means the part of the vehicle ahead of the rear bulkhead of the cab as defined in 2.4 below, with the exception of the rear bulkhead itself, but including components such as any front wing(s) and front bumper and the front wheel(s) (if fitted);
2.1. «surface extérieure»: la partie du véhicule située à l'avant de la cloison postérieure de la cabine telle qu'elle est définie au point 2.4 ci-après, à l'exception de la cloison postérieure elle-même et comprenant des éléments comme, le cas échéant, le(s) aile(s) avant, le pare-chocs avant et la (les) roue(s) avant;
