On Clause 10, John Reynolds moved, That Bill C-40 in Clause 10, be amended by replacing lines 12 to 20 on page 5 with the following: " to which is attached a copy of a specific agreement entered into by Canada and a State or entity is conclusive evidence of the agreement and its contents without proof of the signature or officials character of the person appearing to have signed the certificate or agreement" .
Article 10 John Reynolds propose, Que le projet de loi C-40, à l'article 10, soit modifié par substitution, aux lignes 9 à 17, page 5, de ce qui suit : " (3) Fait foi de façon concluante du contenu d'un accord spécifique le certificat délivré sous l'autorité du ministre des Affaires étrangères auquel est jointe une copie de l'accord; le certificat est recevable en preuve sans qu'il soit nécessaire de prouver l'authenticité de la signature ou la qualité officielle du signataire du certificat ou de l'accord.
