I think the point we're missing is the first point Mr. Penson made, that in the middle of the Goldilocks economy, where the United States has the best of everything—low unemployment, low inflation, and finally substantial income growth—you can still appear in numerous factories that are doing extremely well and find people very worried and very suspicious of the effects of globalization.
