3 (1) If, for the prevention of fire or fire management in a park, the superintendent considers it necessary to close any area or highway in the park to public use or travel, or to prohibit smoking or the starting or maintaining of fires in any area of the park, the superintendent shall post a prominently displayed notice in the area, on the highway or in any other conspicuous location in the park, which notice states, as applicable, that
3 (1) Si le directeur, pour la prévention ou la gestion des incendies dans le parc, juge nécessaire d’interdire au public ou à la circulation une zone ou une route du parc, ou d’interdire de fumer ou d’allumer ou d’entretenir un feu dans toute zone de celui-ci, il affiche bien en évidence dans la zone ou sur la route en cause ou en tout autre endroit bien en vue dans le parc un avis sur lequel figure l’une ou l’autre des interdictions suivantes :
