Urges, therefore, that work begin without delay on the upgrading of the national surveillance systems and their interconnection as a network and that, in the interest of coherence, FRONTEX be given the task of assembling the available tools, and in particular of managing the secure web-based Information and Coordination Network for Member States" Migration Management Services (ICONET) and of resuming the work of the Centre for Information, Discussion and Exchange on the Crossing of Frontiers and Immigration (CIREFI) as mentioned in the Council Conclusions of 30 November 1994;
31. insiste donc pour que soit entamée sans délai la mise à niveau des systèmes nationaux de surveillance et leur interconnexion en réseau, et que, par souci de cohérence, soit confié à FRONTEX le regroupement des outils disponibles, notamment la gestion du réseau d'information et de coordination sécurisé connecté à l'internet pour les services des États membres chargés de la gestion des flux migratoires (ICONET) et la reprise des activités du Centre d'information, de réflexion et d'échanges en matière de franchissement des frontières et d'immigration (CIREFI) comme mentionné dans les conclusions du Conseil du 30 novembre 1994;
