The main aim is to introduce an international standard for the digital terrestrial radio system to put to the EBU (European Broadcasting Union) and the IRCC (International Radio Consultative Committee) with a view to defining new standards in this field.
Il vise principalement à introduire une norme internationale pour le système digital de radio terrestre, qui puisse être proposée à l'UER (Union Européenne de la Radiodiffusion) et au CCIR (Comité Consultatif international des Radiocommunications) dans le but d'établir de nouveaux standards dans ce domaine.
