The priorities of the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy (hereinafter the ITRE Committee) in the EU 2014 Draft Budget were expressed in its opinion of 20 June 2013 on the mandate for the trilogue on the 2014 Draft Budget and they remains also valid for the ITRE opinion on budgetary lines.
