2. Furthermore, the cross-border programmes concerning cooperation referred to under Article 86(1)(a), shall contain a single financing plan based on the multi-annual indicative financial framework with no breakdown by participating countries, comprising a table specifying for each year covered by the multi-annual indicative financial framework and for each priority axis, the amount of the Community contribution and its rate, as well as the amount financed by the national counterparts.
2. Les programmes transfrontaliers concernant la coopération visée à l'article 86, paragraphe 1, point a), doivent, en outre, comporter un plan de financement unique basé sur le cadre financier indicatif pluriannuel, sans ventilation par pays participant, comprenant un tableau précisant, pour chaque année couverte par le cadre financier indicatif pluriannuel et chaque axe prioritaire, le montant de la contribution communautaire et son taux, ainsi que le montant des contreparties nationales.
