The financial, economic and technical assistance provided under this Regulation shall be complementary to any assistance that is provided by the European Community under the humanitarian aid instrument, the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance, the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument, the instrument for development cooperation, the Instrument for Stability, the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights, and the instrument for cooperation with industrialised and other high-income countries and territories.
L'aide financière, économique et technique fournie au titre du présent règlement est complémentaire de toute aide fournie par la Communauté européenne au titre de l'instrument d'aide humanitaire, de l'instrument d'aide de préadhésion, de l'instrument européen de voisinage et de partenariat, de l'instrument de coopération au développement, de l'instrument de stabilité, de l'instrument européen pour la démocratie et les droits de l'homme, ainsi que de l'instrument de coopération avec les pays industrialisés et les autres pays et territoires à revenu élevé.
