109.05 Si l’accord de location, d’affrètement ou de banalisation d’un aéronef, ou tout autre arrangement similaire, qui est visé par un accord conformément à l’article 83 bis de la Convention, se termine avant la date d’expiration qui y figure, l’exploitant canadien de l’aéronef s’il s’agit d’un aéronef immatriculé à l’étranger ou le propriétaire enregistré de l’aéronef s’il s’agit d’un aéronef canadien informe le ministre par écrit de la date réelle de résiliation dans les sept jours suivant son expiration.
