Where there is one or more intermediate bodies between the implementing body or the bodies or firms involved in implementation of the project and the paying authority, each intermediate body for its area of responsibility requires detailed statements of expenditure from the body below it as supporting documentation for its own accounting records, from which it provides at least a summary of the expenditure incurred on the project to the body above it.
5) au cas où un ou plusieurs organismes intermédiaires interviennent entre l'organisme de mise en oeuvre ou les organismes ou entreprises impliqués dans la mise en oeuvre du projet et l'autorité de paiement, chaque organisme intermédiaire reçoit, pour son champ de responsabilité, des états détaillés des dépenses établis au niveau inférieur pour servir de documents d'accompagnement de ses propres comptes, dont il devra rendre compte au niveau supérieur en indiquant au moins le montant agrégé des dépenses effectuées dans le projet.
