In this context, a practical and cost-effective solution could be envisaged in the form of an EU IPR electronic information system bringing together the existing tools for customs to exchange risk information with the possibility for customs to access via hyperlinks the various specific Intellectual property databases (such as the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market – OHIM).
Dans ce contexte, une solution pratique et d’un bon rapport coût-efficacité pourrait être envisagée sous la forme d’un système communautaire d’information électronique sur les DPI associant les outils existants qui permettent aux douanes d’échanger des informations sur le risque et la possibilité pour les douanes d’accéder par des hyperliens aux diverses bases de données spécifiques concernant la propriété intellectuelle (telles que l’Office communautaire des marques).
