The state aid granted to the operators of the terrestrial television platform for the deployment, maintenance and operation of the digital terrestrial television network in Area II unlawfully put into effect by Spain in breach of Article 108(3) of the TFEU is incompatible with the internal market, except for the aid which was granted in compliance with the criterion of technological neutrality.
L'aide d'État accordée aux opérateurs de la plate-forme de télévision terrestre pour le déploiement, la maintenance et l'exploitation du réseau de télévision numérique terrestre dans la zone II, exécutée illégalement par l'Espagne, en violation des dispositions de l'article 108, paragraphe 3, du TFUE, est incompatible avec le marché intérieur, à l'exception de l'aide qui aurait été accordée conformément au principe de neutralité technologique.
