(ii) the term “Jordan” means the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the territorial waters of Jordan, and the seabed and subsoil of the territorial waters, and includes any area extending beyond the limits of the territorial waters of Jordan, and the seabed and subsoil of any such area, which has been or may hereafter be designated, under the laws of Jordan, and in accordance with international law as an area over which Jordan has sovereign rights for the purposes of exploring and exploiting the natural resources, whether living or non-living;
(ii) le terme « Jordanie » , désigne le Royaume hachémite de Jordanie, les eaux territoriales de la Jordanie, et le fond et le sous-sol des eaux territoriales, et comprend toute région qui s’étend au-delà des limites des eaux territoriales de la Jordanie, et le fond et le sous-sol de telle région, qui a été ou peut par la suite être désignée, en vertu des lois de la Jordanie et conformément au droit international, comme région sur laquelle la Jordanie a des droits souverains aux fins de l’exploration et de l’exploitation des ressources naturelles, qu’elles soient vivantes ou non;
