Mr Kurski is accused of committing a traffic offence by making a left turn in breach of horizontal road sign B-21 (‘no left turns’) and vertical road sign P-4 (double continuous lines’) with the result that he crossed those lines, thereby committing an offence under Article 92(1) of the Act of 20 May 1971 establishing a Code of Offences (Polish Journal of Laws 2010 No 46, item 275, as amended).
