Following the deregulation of the airline industry in the United States in particular, to a lesser extent in Canada, what we started seeing was the emergence of hub-and-spoke operations, which offered users of transportation services, such as a bus, service from a low-density area to a point of concentration where the user could hook up with other low-density or mainline services.
