I hope that my government, the Government of Spain, will not hinder the creation of a committee of enquiry in the Spanish Parliament, amongst other things in order to investigate the direct flights between the US bases of Rota, Morón and Torrejón and Guantánamo, and the possible involvement of Spanish police officials in interrogations in Guantánamo during the time of Mr Aznar's government.
J’espère que mon gouvernement, le gouvernement espagnol, ne s’opposera pas à la création d’une commission d’enquête du parlement espagnol dans le but, entre autres, d’enquêter sur les vols directs entre les bases américaines de Rota, Morón et Torrejón et Guantánamo, et sur l’implication possible d’officiers de la police espagnole dans les interrogatoires réalisés à Guantánamo à l’époque du gouvernement de M. Aznar.
