3.In applying the above principles to existing commercially operated establishments which occupy all or part of a building and which, under the name of hotel, boarding house, inn, tavern, motel or other equivalent designation, can offer accommodation to at least 20 temporary paying guests, Member States should take into account the technical guidelines set out in the Annex.
3.Dans l'application des principes mentionnés ci-avant aux établissements existants faisant l'objet d'une exploitation commerciale qui occupent en tout ou en partie un bâtiment et qui, sous la dénomination d'hôtel, pension, auberge, hostellerie, motel ou toute autre dénomination équivalente, peuvent offrir l'hébergement à au moins vingt hôtes payants de passage, les États membres devraient prendre en compte les lignes directrices techniques contenues dans l'annexe.
