Mr. Greg Pearson (Chief Programs Officer, Department of National Defence): I just was going to add that at one time, going back maybe 20 or 30 years, it would be a very unusual situation—maybe once a year or twice a year at the most—if in fact a rank other than the rank that was entitled to use the mess was able to come into the officers' mess, for example, or the officers were invited to the senior NCOs' mess, or the corporals were permitted to come to the warrant officers' and sergeants' mess.
