Pour atteindre ces objectifs, il est envisagé de mettre en place quatre sous-programmes : - le premier vise la création ou le développement de centres de recherche dans le secteur des transports à l'initiative des groupes FIAT et IRI ainsi que de l'Institut "Motori" du CNR; ces mesures sont localisées dans la région de Campania et permettront d'améliorer les ressources technico-scientifiques de la région par le biais de la diffusion de know-how et de la qualification des ressources humaines.
