STATE AID / ITALY Aid scheme N 796/95 The Commission has decided to make a recommendation to the Italian authorities under Article 93(1) and (3), first sentence, of the Treaty with regard to an aid scheme for the buying-in and storage by AIMA (Azienda di Stato per gli interventi nel mercato agricolo) of ethyl alcohol derived from fruit and potato distillation.
