In a perfect world the approach one would have to take is probably a blend between what has happened in the U.S. and the U.K., where it is elevated to a cabinet-level position, where you have a central coordinator who is empowered, both from a policy and budgetary point of view, to be able to reach across the government and in effect frame a strategy for cyber.
Dans l'idéal, l'approche que nous devrions choisir serait probablement un mélange de ce qui s'est passé aux États- Unis et au Royaume-Uni où la responsabilité du numérique est confiée à un responsable au niveau du cabinet, un coordinateur central qui est habilité, tant d'un point de vue politique que budgétaire, à intervenir dans tous les secteurs du gouvernement, dans le but d'établir une stratégie cybernétique.
