9. Calls on the Commission and the Member States to promote the optimisation of the available qualified human capital, and of female talent in particular, and to stimulate and facilitate female entrepreneurship, by providing appropriate targeted training and mentoring programmes and by facilitating access to technical, scientific, business and support networks, both at the start-up phase and throughout a firm’s business cycle;
9. invite la Commission et les États membres à promouvoir la valorisation du capital humain disponible et qualifié, et en particulier des talents féminins, ainsi qu'à stimuler et à promouvoir l'esprit d'entreprise chez les femmes en mettant en place des programmes appropriés de formation et d'accompagnement ciblés ainsi qu'en favorisant l'accès aux réseaux techniques, scientifiques, d'affaires et d'appui lors de la phase de démarrage et tout au long du cycle d'activité d'une entreprise;
