r)il prépare un plan d’action pour assurer le suivi des conclusions et recommandations des évaluations et des audits visés à l’article 26, sauf pour ce qui concerne le plan d’action relevant du chapitre III, et il présente à la Commission, après y avoir intégré, en l’état, la partie rédigée par le conseil d’homologation de sécurité, un rapport de situation semestriel, qui est également soumis pour information au conseil d’administration.
