Amongst other things, we take issue with the amount of PNR (Passenger Name Record) data to which the USA wants access, the number of bodies that have access to these, the intended use of the data, the absence of the option of appeal for those refused entry to the United States on account of PNR data, and the United States having direct access to the data without needing to request it.
Nous nous opposons notamment à la quantité de données contenues dans les dossiers des passagers aériens (PNR) à laquelle les États-Unis veulent avoir accès, au nombre d’organes y ayant accès, à l’utilisation prévue des données, à l’impossibilité de faire appel pour les personnes à qui l’entrée sur le territoire américain a été refusée en raison de données du PNR et à l’accès direct, pour les États-Unis, aux données sans demande préalable.
