The Commission considers that the relationship between registered social landlords and the Housing Corporation, a public body sponsored by the central government Department for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, is such that they should be treated as bodies governed by public law and thus comply with the public procurement Directives.
La Commission considère que les liens entre les « registered social landlords » et la « Housing Corporation », organisme public subventionné par le ministère des transports, des autorités locales et des régions, sont de telle nature que les premiers doivent être considérés comme des organismes de droit public et par conséquent satisfaire aux exigences des directives concernées.
