In June 2017, the Council had issued a recommendation of an annual structural adjustment of 0.5% of GDP to Romania under the Significant Deviation Procedure (SDP). On the back of developments since and following the lack of effective action by Romania to correct its significant deviation, the Commission now proposes a revised recommendation of an annual structural adjustment of at least 0.8% of GDP in 2018.
En juin 2017, le Conseil avait adressé à la Roumanie une recommandation l'invitant à opérer un ajustement structurel annuel de 0,5 % du PIB, dans le cadre de la procédure pour écart important (PEI). à la lumière de l'évolution observée depuis, et compte tenu de l'absence d'action suivie d'effets de la part de la Roumanie pour corriger cet écart important, la Commission propose à présent une recommandation révisée préconisant un ajustement structurel annuel d'au moins 0,8 % du PIB en 2018.
