In 1995, the SFOPH established a central service to support certain social assistance agencies, particularly those with low thresholds, and to advise the cantons, communes and private institutions on planning and funding harm reduction programs.
L’OFSP a aussi créé en 1995 un service central chargé de soutenir certaines institutions d’aide sociale, notamment celles à bas seuil, et de conseiller les cantons, les communes et les institutions privées en matière de planification et de financement de mesures visant la réduction des risques.
