– having regard to the Decision of the Tenth Conference of Parties to convene in May 2005 a Seminar of Governmental Experts (SOGE) in order to promote an informal exchange of information on actions relating to mitigation and adaptation to assist Parties to continue to develop effective and appropriate responses to climate change, and on policies and measures adopted by their respective governments that support implementation of their existing commitments under the UNFCCC and the Kyoto Protocol,
– vu la décision de la dixième Conférence des Parties de convoquer en mai 2005 un séminaire d'experts gouvernementaux afin d'encourager un échange informel d'informations sur les actions de réduction et d'adaptation pour aider les Parties à poursuivre le développement de réponses aux changements climatiques et passer en revue les politiques et mesures adoptées par leurs gouvernements respectifs pour la mise en œuvre des engagements pris dans le cadre de la Convention et du Protocole de Kyoto,
