In the answer she gave on behalf of the Commission on 3 February to a parliamentary question by Ms Kinga Gál (P-6240/09 ), Ms Ferrero-Waldner declared that the Commission had noted the contents of Ukrainian Ministerial Decree No 461 (2008) and Resolution No 1033 (2009), as well as new provisions regarding school-leaving examinations, and would continue to monitor the situation.
