In quarterly surveys conducted by Dun Bradstreet, analysing payment behaviour in five Member States on the basis of several million commercial transactions carried out between 1 October 1991 and 30 September 1992, the proportion of firms paying late was 36.5% in France, 47.6% in Italy, 46.6% in the United Kingdom, 41.4% in Belgium and 43.5% in the Netherlands.
Selon une enquête trimestrielle réalisée par Dun Bradstreet - enquête portant sur plusieurs millions de transactions sur la période du 1.10.91 au 30.09.92 - , le pourcentage des firmes payant avec retard est de 36,5 % en France, 47,6 % en Italie, 46,6 % au Royaume-Uni, 41,4 % en Belgique, 43,5 % aux Pays-Bas .Face à cette évolution, certains Etats membres tentent de réagir.
