2. Member States shall notify, where possible by electronic means, to the Commission or the body designated by it the details of the initiation of the investigation and of any action taken or intended in respect of the sighted fishing vessels flying their flag, as soon as practicable and in any case within two months of the notification of the sighting report pursuant to Article 48(4).

Les États membres informent, par voie électronique lorsque c'est possible, la Commission ou l'organisme qu'elle désigne des détails de l'ouverture d'une enquête et de toute mesure prise ou envisagée à l'égard des navires de pêche battant leur pavillon ayant été observés, dès que possible et en tout état cause dans les deux mois suivant la communication du rapport d'observation conformément à l'article 48, paragraphe 4.
