Asks the Commission to provide an assessment of the impact of the European Financial Stability Facility, in particular on the functioning of the euro bond markets and their spreads; asks the Commission to assess, in addition, the practicability and accountability of the decision-making procedure for this special purpose vehicle (SPV), with a view to a longer-term solution;
9. demande à la Commission de fournir une évaluation de l'impact du fonds européen de stabilité financière, en particulier sur le fonctionnement des marchés d'euro-obligations et leurs écarts; demande à la Commission d'évaluer, en outre, la faisabilité et la responsabilité en ce qui concerne la procédure de prise de décision relative à ces véhicules de titrisation, en vue de trouver une solution à long terme;
