Mr. John Richardson: I feel sorry for the Chief of the Defence Staff, because he knows how important that one piece of paper is, the one that should be carried by every platoon sergeant or company sergeant major, even on peacekeeping manoeuvres, whether it's at Wainwright or anywhere.
