Wreaths traditionally were laid on the platform area at the base of the pylons, so what we may do is change this feature, because some of our elderly veterans—Earnest “Smoky” Smith, our last remaining Victoria Cross recipient, being one of them—say, “Ah, I gotta climb those damned stairs again”.
