2. Each starch-producing undertaking shall forward to the competent authority before the beginning of the marketing year a summary of the contracts, including for each contract, the identification number, the name and address of the producer, the areas cultivated, and the tonnage contracted, expressed in terms of starch equivalent, before a date to be fixed by the Member State before the beginning of the marketing year, in order to ensure the necessary controls.
2. Chaque féculerie doit transmettre à l'autorité compétente, avant le début de la campagne de commercialisation, un bordereau récapitulatif des contrats, mentionnant pour chaque contrat, outre le numéro d'identification, le nom et l'adresse du producteur, les superficies cultivées et le tonnage souscrit exprimé en équivalent-fécule avant une date que doit fixer l'État membre avant le début de la campagne de commercialisation afin d'assurer les contrôles nécessaires.
